Law-Davis Chiropractic

Making Life Better

Our Story

We've loved every minute of our journey.
After training at RMIT University in Melbourne for 5 years, Dr Raymond Law-Davis has been practicing as a Chiropractor for more than 15 years in a variety of Chiropractic settings, both country and city. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, Dr Law-Davis was a Registered Nurse, working mainly in paediatrics for nearly 12 years. He has a special interest in caring for children, but particularly in the context of providing care for the whole family. He loves to see to see the changes the body can achieve with Chiropractic care, assisting the body to function at its optimal level before problems create symptoms as well as providing relief to the problems that are so much a part of our modern society. Over this time he has developed expertise in a number of areas. Dr Law-Davis has a special interest in adjusting the joints of the upper and lower limbs in addition to the spine and pelvis. Even if these joints are not symptomatic, restoring the function of these joints can have a significant impact on a person’s recovery. He is a certified instructor of these protocols and has had involvement in teaching those protocols to other chiropractors.
All the while this has been going on, Dr Law-Davis has had the support of his wife, Nicole, and children, Aiden and Eilish.

An Idea is Born

The birth of Law-Davis Chiropractic came about because of an idea to deliver Chiropractic care in a more relaxed and informal environment than in the typical clinical setting that had been our experience previously.  What more welcoming environment could we provide than in our own home?  Our desire is to offer high quality Chiropractic care in a friendly, boutique, home based environment.
So welcome to our home!

Why See Us?

A great question; what makes us different is our approach to Whole Body Adjusting.  Whole Body Adjusting is a system of checking not only the spine but also the extremities.  Misalignment in your feet, knees and hips as well as your wrists, elbows and shoulders may be contributing to your overall experience of pain; the neurological response to a joint that is not moving freely, be it spine or extremity, is to increase the firing of pain receptors in those joints.  This has the potential to increase your overall experience of pain. The Whole Body Adjusting protocols enable us to accurately determine which joints need to be adjusted, so you have a better response to your care.

Dr Law-Davis is an award winning Chiropractor, having received the Dr Monte Greenawalt Award for Clinical Excellence in 2010.
